Right of withdrawal


We will gladly accept the return or exchange of products that are defective to the manufacturing problems and/or workmanship within 7 days from the date of purchase. Fulfilment mistakes that we make resulting in the delivery of wrong product to you will also be accepted for return 7 days from the date of purchase.Alternatively, if we and you agree, we may supply you with a replacement or substitute Product.

In the event you choose to return goods or cancel goods on order upon delivery, we reserve the right to charge a 10% handling fee on the amount involved and you are liable to incur additional delivery charges.

PLEASE NOTE: You must contact us before returning  any items.

To Return any product you must ensure the item is unused and in it's original packaging. When sending the item back we ask that you put your name, address and reason for returning it in the parcel. This will speed up the exchange process.

All items should be sent back via Royal Mail Sign For. This will help tracking any missing items or delayed items.

We aim to resolve the problem as quickly and efficiently as possible, and use the information to prevent such a problem occurring again. We aim to resolve all complaints within 2 - 4 working days
